Working at SPC for the past 20 years has been an incredible journey. I couldn't have chosen a better place to turn a job into my career. SPC has provided me with all the necessary tools to progress from a Project Assistant to a Project Engineer, and now to an Estimator. It's no surprise that many core employees at SPC have been here for 30+ years and have no intention of leaving anytime soon. The compensation is great, with excellent benefits, and we enjoy catered lunches on Fridays and access to a full gym equipped with various machines, free weights, and even a heavy bag. I am excited to see where the next 20 years at SPC will take me.

I've been with SPC for 30 years, starting as a subcontractor in 1987. Witnessing SPC’s exceptional professionalism and project quality, it made me eager to join this outstanding organization. In 1994, the opportunity to join their team was presented to me, and without hesitation, I seized it. I never looked back. SPC has not only taught me the true meaning of teamwork but has also made me feel valued in every aspect of my role—whether I'm constructing a project or participating in the various company functions and charitable events. Working here has been fulfilling, contributing to my growth as a superintendent and as an individual.
