Capital Brands, known for its popular wellness products like the Magic Bullet and NutriBullet, sought to create a headquarters that reflects its mission to promote health and wellness. SPC, working with HKS, transformed a 20,000-square-foot space in West Los Angeles, incorporating wellness-focused features such as an employee juice bar. The heart of the office is a garden lounge, designed with reclaimed wood, steel accents, and live plants, offering stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. Adjacent to the lounge, a demonstration kitchen serves as both a functional space and a stage for nutrition demos. The space also includes an engineering lab and production rooms, supporting Capital Brands’ commitment to innovation.
