This project expanded Convene’s presence in Downtown Los Angeles with new operations at 333 S. Grand and 777 S. Figueroa. This embodies the “workplace-as-a-service” concept, offering premium meeting spaces, flexible workspaces, and top-tier hospitality. Highlights include an interconnected stairway with industrial metal finishes and a sleek glass guardrail. Additionally, a striking café at 333 S. Grand features 20-foot ceilings, wood molding, and multiple collaboration areas. The spaces boast well-appointed conference rooms with metal cladding and sealed concrete finishes. They are complemented by custom Caesarstone countertops and bespoke light fixtures in the reception areas. Specialty materials like Bendheim glass, Muraflex partitions, Ceilings Plus, and Arktura ceilings enhance acoustics and aesthetics. Custom art installations reflect SPC’s expertise in delivering sophisticated, functional commercial environments.
In Convene’s vibrant environment, custom art installations take center stage, with captivating pieces adorning the area above the stairway and throughout an art gallery. These unique installations add a touch of individuality and artistry to the space, creating a truly immersive and dynamic experience.
