The campus is divided into two separate centers: the General Office, an open collaboration space for marketing, consumer research, and finance departments, and the Studio Annex, which trains salon professionals to experiment with the latest techniques and trends.
Project highlight includes a staging area for runway shows and stadium seating for viewing. The 6,655 SF R&D Lab facility is used for product development and testing. It includes laboratories, equipment, waste storage areas, a test salon, and specialized equipment and exhaust systems for chemical safety, emphasizing Coty’s commitment to advancing beauty solutions. Specialty finishes included suspended metal ceilings, acoustical wall panels, and custom materials like Maharam fabric-wrapped panels and back-painted glass.
