Demand Media Studios

SPC completed major renovations for Demand Media at their Santa Monica headquarters, enhancing both the design and functionality of the space. The project included restoring brick masonry walls and upgrading HVAC systems to improve efficiency. The open ceilings featured exposed spiral metal ductwork, while a new steel stairway with stainless steel cable guardrails provided a modern architectural element. Frameless glass-paneled meeting rooms, custom wall graphics, and architectural lighting were added to create a dynamic, collaborative environment. These updates reflect Demand Media’s innovative approach and provide a more engaging workspace for their team.
