SPC collaborated with E! Entertainment Television to revamp the 30th floor of a high-rise into a high-performance studio and office space that supports fast-paced content production. The design maximized the limited floorplate to accommodate a dense headcount while ensuring functionality and aesthetics, allowing seamless operations for both on-air and behind-the-scenes production teams. Visual appeal for broadcast was emphasized, with E!’s brand identity incorporated through color, lighting, and spatial planning to create a backdrop that filmed well for cable and digital content. Despite challenges such as tight timelines, budgets, and navigating high-rise constraints, the project was completed efficiently with strong collaboration across all teams. The result is a fully operational, state-of-the-art studio that meets both creative and operational needs.
