Fremantle

Fremantle Media North America’s offices in The Pointe, a Class A tower in Burbank, feature a full build-out across two floors. The space aimed to optimize natural light from 10-foot floor-to-ceiling windows, reduce artificial lighting needs, and boost energy efficiency. The design transitioned from traditional perimeter executive offices to an open layout that maximizes light. Private offices and edit bays were centralized, while meeting rooms and workspaces lined the perimeter to access daylight. An abundance of clear glass and polycarbonate were used to balance transparency and privacy. This reimagined layout fosters collaboration, enhances office culture, and improves energy efficiency.
