Lynda.com Campus

SPC was proud to be the builder for Lynda.com’s new campus, a state-of-the-art facility that supports the company’s leadership in the online learning industry. The project included constructing a new headquarters building, various departmental offices, a centralized server room, and a cafeteria with seating for 300 employees with an adjacent outdoor dining area. The campus also features a cutting-edge 11,300-square-foot video production facility with four sound stages, green rooms, and a modern video conference room. Key design elements include open ceilings, visible ductwork, sealed concrete floors, concrete wall panels, and custom metal barn doors. Extensive coordination was required to meet lighting and stringent sound isolation standards for the production areas, ensuring the highest quality for Lynda.com’s video production needs.
