Milstein, Adelman, Jackson, Fairchild & Wade’s move from Santa Monica to Century City symbolized a significant shift towards a more modern and client-focused approach. OKB Architecture led the redesign of the law firm space, creating an environment that prioritizes openness and functionality, tailored specifically to their creative and entertainment industry clients. The new space features exposed ceilings, polished concrete floors, and meticulously planned MEP infrastructure, fostering a contemporary and efficient workspace designed to accommodate a paperless workflow. Incorporating architectural wood accents imported from Japan, the Parlor and Study areas, adjacent to the Reception, enable seamless transitions between large gatherings and private client conferences. Custom-designed elements, including the reception desk and wood-clad ceilings, are prominent features that underscore the firm’s dedication to marrying elegance with practicality, embodying their progressive approach to legal practice.
