Designed by Gensler, Omnicom Group’s shared headquarters in Playa Vista fosters creativity and collaboration for its various advertising and marketing agencies. The project consolidated multiple agencies within a timeline aligned with lease expirations, enabling efficient design across several buildings. Key communal spaces, including The Front Yard, The Back Yard, and The Commons, promote an indoor/outdoor lifestyle and tenant connectivity. The design contrasts raw and refined materials, featuring concrete, wood beams, along with vibrant art by local artists, creating a collaborative, flexible environment that adapts to the client’s evolving needs.
