Oprah Winfrey Network

SPC provided construction services for the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) project at The Lot, a historic studio for TV, film, and commercials. The project included high-profile conference rooms, private offices, and a café featuring reclaimed wood flooring, textured glass, and custom millwork. Highlights included interconnecting stairways from Levels 3 to 5, constructed with channel steel, reclaimed wood treads, and glass railings, along with a striking three-story media wall. Essential areas such as edit bays and server rooms were integrated, along with a renovated lobby and new branding emphasizing quality and innovation.
