Panavision, a leader in camera and lens production for the film and television industries, needed a headquarters to support its diverse operations. SPC, in collaboration with ARC Engineering and Moshiri Associates, revolutionized a 145,000-square-foot warehouse in Woodland Hills into a multi-functional space. The renovation included collaborative offices, R&D labs, manufacturing and testing areas, a full movie theater, commercial kitchen, cafeteria, coffee bars, and retail spaces. The design seamlessly combined functionality with innovation, providing a comprehensive environment that supports every aspect of Panavision’s business. The new space not only met their operational needs but also fostered creativity and collaboration across all departments.
