In collaboration with Roc Nation, a Los Angeles office was constructed to blend East Coast hustle with West Coast serenity, reflecting the firm’s dynamic identity. The project transformed a previously white-boxed space into a near-minimalist design that fosters collaboration. A key challenge was ensuring acoustic integrity by integrating partitions to address sound bleed issues while meeting building codes. Highlights included marble monolith countertops, lime-plastered walls, and hand-hewn oak flooring. The space also features advanced technology, including an LED projection wall and a custom sound system, reinforcing Roc Nation’s commitment to their industry.
