TechStyle Fashion Group’s adaptive reuse project designed by Moshiri Associates allowed us to transform a former aerospace manufacturing facility into a cutting-edge workspace reflective of Silicon Valley innovation. Spanning 100,000 square feet, the space blends exposed ceilings and concrete backdrops with retail-quality finishes in display and production areas. A notable feature includes a full photography cyclorama integrated with dressing rooms and hair/makeup studios, which facilitates in-house production capabilities. Despite challenges posed by COVID-19 the project successfully integrated amenity-driven design elements such as multiple pantries, a full-service café, and an open-air atrium serving dining and conference needs. Custom materials like LED lighting, landscaped outdoor patios, and a barbecue area further enhance the workspace’s functionality and appeal, providing TechStyle employees with a dynamic environment for innovation and collaboration.
